A letter from Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group, to attorney Garland Cherry, who represented Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., which was Sonny Liston's boxing promotion company. The letter is regarding who should promote the fight between Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) and Sonny Liston in February of 1964.
