A copy of a contract signed by both Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston that states they both intended to fight one another on November 16, 1964, in Boston, Massachusetts. Both fighters signed to agree that the Massachusetts State Boxing Commission had rights to oversee the match and their training leading up to the match.
