Amendment and Waiver to Contract, December 7, 1962

A draft of an amendment and waiver to the contract between Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) and the Louisville Sponsoring Group, stating that Ali's payment from his fight against Archie Moore would go directly to him rather than to his trust fund.
