A letter to Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group, regarding the topics of discussion that were covered during a meeting with the Massachusetts Boxing Commission. This meeting was held prior to the scheduled rematch fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston, which was originally to take place in November of 1964.
