Three pages of handwritten notes that detail the timeline in which Muhammad Ali, the Louisville Sponsoring Group, Sonny Liston, and Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., reached agreements for Ali's first fight against Liston. These notes were found among the records of the Louisville Sponsoring Group and were likely written by their attorney, Arthur W. Grafton.
