A draft of a letter to Garland D. Cherry, attorney and secretary to Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., from Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group. The letter was in regard to another promotion company, Big Fights, Inc., trying to sell a pre-fight show that would air prior to Muhammad Ali's rematch against Sonny Liston.
