A memorandum written to report upon a meeting that was held on June 3, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, between the lawyers associated with Muhammad Ali, the Louisville Sponsoring Group, Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., and SportsVision, Inc. The meeting was to discuss a lawsuit filed against them by Ernie Terrell.
