Plans for a Fighter's Heaven

Muhammad Ali began building his training camp in Deer Lake, Pennsylvania in 1972. He was very involved in the planning of buildings, chopping wood for cabins, and even where to put rocks one would find around the camp. This sketch was a preliminary "blueprint" to what he wanted his camp to look like.

Entitled Ali's World, the drawing includes cabins, paths, and, biggest of all, the boxing gym where he would train.
