This booklet is a motion "Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit" and was presented to the United States Supreme Court during their October term of 1966. This motion was filed after Muhammad Ali was deemed fit to be drafted into the United States Army and he sought to be classified as a Conscientious Objector, which was denied by the District Court of Kentucky.
