Escrow Agreement from June 1964
A blank escrow agreement between the Louisville Sponsoring Group, Muhammad Ali's management team at the time, and Inter-Continental Promotions regarding the promotion of Ali's first Heavyweight Title defense after his first fight against Sonny Liston. The agreement states that Inter-Continental Promotions had the sole right to promote Ali's first Title defense.
