Blank Endorsement Contract, 1960

An endorsement contract that amends the amount of money that Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) would receive to $6,000 instead of the intitially agreed upon $4,000 salary when he signed with the Louisville Sponsoring Group on October 26, 1960.
