A memorandum written to the members of the Louisville Sponsoring Group from one of their attorneys, Gordon B. Davidson. The memo was regarding the attempts of Garrett H. Byrne, a District Attorney in Massachusetts, to push the rematch fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston out of Boston.
