A draft of a letter to attorney Elmer Gertz from Arthur W. Grafton, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group. The letter was in regard to the conditions that would need to be met in order for Muhammad Ali to agree to fight Ernie Terrell. This comes after Terrell filed a lawsuit against Muhammad Ali, the Louisville Sponsoring Group, SportsVision, inc., and Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc.
