A memorandum written to attorneys involved in a lawsuit filed by Ernie Terrell against Muhammad Ali, the Louisville Sponsoring Group, Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., and SportsVision, Inc. The memo was written by Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group.
