Muhammad and LeRoy: A Friendship in Art

Collaborative drawing done by Muhammad Ali and Omar K. Muhammad. Both signed their names and dated the drawing in thought bubbles drawn above the plane and hero figure. 

At the bottom of the drawing is a small inscription that reads, "For LeRoy". 

Artwork belongs to the LeRoy Neiman and Janet Byrne Neiman Foundation, and is on digital loan for this exhibit.
